Web developer, technology consultant and teacher of Alexander Technique and Yoga.
It's nice to meet you.
What I do for others
Currently self employed, I help people.
Yoga classes I teach are open to anyone. My Alexander Technique private practice focuses on help and education for office clerks who suffer chronic pain.
I also assist therapist who struggle with computers and technology. Setting up websites, mailing lists, social media channels, educating about the importance of online presence. I help my colleagues to reach new audiences so they can carry on making others feel better.
Since my two kids were born I work from home. I watch them grow (and slowly turn grey :).
How it happened
It started with my passion for all things IT. Spending hours in front of the screen, I developed a chronic back pain.
Seeing Yoga as a solution I immersed myself into a life in an Ashram in India. After one year commitment I became fully certified Yoga teacher while volunteering as tech support for the ashram staff.
The Alexander Technique was the final solution to my chronic pain. Three years later, experience rich and pain free I could get back to what I enjoy - computers.
If you are like me and prefer things organised, this will give you an idea what I was up to for the last few years.
