Shala's short pastry (food processor)

Ingredients: 

200g butter
400 g flour
1 egg
squeeze of lemon

Method: 

In food processor pulse the flour and butter together until it resembles bread crumbs and then add one egg and process until dough starts to comes together. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 20 mins or until needed.

Roll out between plastic sheets when rolling pastry
