Anzac biscuits

Ingredients: 

250g flour 320g sugar 200g oats 180g coconut

  • mix together in a large bowl

225g butter 205g golden syrup

  • melt together
Method: 

1tsp bicarb of soda - dissolve in 2 Tbl boiling water & add to melted butter. When mixture froths, add to dry ingredients and mix together.

Form into 50-55g balls, flatten slightly and bake at 180*C. 10-12 mins usually does it, from memory, but judge on colour.
