Ingredients:
60g /2 oz butter
60 ml/2 oz milk
1 egg
275g/ 1 ½ cups flour
Method:
warm up milk and butter until butter is melted... once slightly cooled beat in 1 egg and add to the flour. Bring I together and use straight away or store in refrigerator.
for sweet pastry add 2 oz of sugar to egg and milk mixture and then add the egg.
