Dumpling Fillings - Prawn and Chicken


250g chicken mince
250g ish Prawns peeled and chopped
1 bunch chives/ coriander/spring onion/Vietnamese mint
2 Tbs ginger finely chopped
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbs ABC ketchup manis
1 egg white
2 Tbs cornflour


put all ingredients in a large bowl and combine.

Tips: You can make this mixture without the chicken mince or substitute the chicken with a mince of your choosing if desired. Then you would increase the quantity of prawns

If making only with chicken I would add water chestnuts to add a but of texture to the mixture If making only with chicken mince the dumplings can become a bit dry. You can add ½ pork mince and ½ chicken to counter act this problem.
