Ingredients:
100g butter
100g sugar
200 self raising flour
all in food processor until it resembles bread crumbs
and then
add
1 egg
Method:
Till the dough comes together.
You can substitute the Sr flour with 1/3 almond meal if you want a more decaent out come. Roll into a tube and slice in to discs make an indentation with your finger and place a drop of jam
10- 15 mins in pre heated oven at 190 degrees
