Lemon meringue pie

Ingredients: 

3 eggs separated
1 tin condensed milk
lemon to taste
sugar to taste

Method: 

whisk egg yolks and lemon juice together until mixture begins to thicken. Then add condensed milk

fill short pastry case and bake in oven at 190 degrees for a few (20mins ish) mins till set

whisk egg whites and sugar with a touch/pinch of cream of tartar until meringue forms and top the set lemon curd mix starting from the outside to inside and make peaks

bake again until meringues starts to colour
