700 ml milk
400g flour (half semolina/pl)
20g yeast (frest or dry)
pinch of salt
4 spoons of warm milk 1 table sp of flour and the yeast and make a small dough mixture to form
in a big bowl sieve the flour add yeast mixture 2 eggs, the rest of the milk, salt mix well with a whisk and leave in a warm place to rise.
Then make them like normal pancakes.
