1 x 400g/14oz tin Condensed Milk
2 Cardamom Pods, split
1 teasp Vanilla Extract
- Place the condensed milk and water in a saucepan and heat over a low heat stirring to blend well.
- Add the sugar and continue to stir constantly until the mixture starts to crystallize and leave the sides of the pan.
- Add the vanilla and cardamoms and mix well then spread the mixture onto a buttered dish, into small diamond or square shapes and allow to cool.
