2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
½ cup cocoa
1 1/4 cups milk
3 large eggs
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp bicarb soda
8 squares melted chocolate
150g melted chocolate 25g melted butter 2tbl milk
Sift flour, baking powder, bicarb, cocoa.
Add all ingredients, except ¼ cup milk and eggs, into a bowl and beat for 1 ½ mins.
Add eggs and balance ¼ cup milk and beat for another 1 ½ minutes.
Can add some melted choc too at this point just to make it extra diabetic and gooey and yummy but not essential.
In a baking tray at 180 for ½ hr ish. Don’t let it over bake I usually keep checking it every 5 mins after 25 mins. Depends on yr oven. To send you into a coma serve with fresh cream!!!!!!!!
Mix all ingredients together and your done
while icing the cake make cuts into the cake so the icing drips in making it more moist.
