Pizza Dough

Ingredients: 

950g flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tsp dry yeast
600g water at room temp

Method: 

add all ingredients and kneed to form a nice round ball
divided into 150g ball and rolled out into discs

these can be cooked on a pan and used at flat bread or topped and used at pizza
