Ingredients:
1 kg Potatoes( peel and grated)
4 0r 5 Tbl spoons flour
2 eggs
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp Garlic(minced)
100 ml Milk
seasoning
Method:
Peel and grate potatoes
Add garlic,marjoram, eggs and ½ quantity of milk
Add flour, while mixing with a folk
adjust consistency by adding more of the milk needed
season mixture well
heat pan and grease with oil.
Add a nob of butter and oil per pancake for flavour and colour
drain between paper towel to remove excess oil
