Ingredients:
225 g chocolate chopped
165g nuts chopped
325g chocolate
225 butter
melted together over double boiler
3 eggs beaten
225 sugar
10g coffee and 20g water
beaten all together
add
2tsp vanilla
1/3 salt
75g self raising
Method:
melt butter and 325g chocolate together and leave to cool slightly and add to the
egg, sugar and coffee mixture
add vanilla and salt
add flour
add chopped nuts and chocolate
line a tray and bake at 180- 190 for 40 mins
makes :20-25 pieces
