Ingredients:
125g flour (+ 1 ½ baking powder or SR flour)
125 butter
125 sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbs milk/ cream or yog
optional lemonzest
Method:
Whiz all together in until batter
bake at 180 until cooked 15 – 20 mins
