Ingredients:
2 cup self raising flour
2 tsp ground cardamom
1 cup caster sugar
3 eggs (beaten)
½ cup milk
1 cup oil
Method:
Preheat oven to 180
line baking tray
Sift flour, sugar and ground cardamom
stir in egg, milk and oil
stir/ whisk to combine and until all lumps are dissolved.
Bake in lined baking tray for 40 mins approx or until done.
