Vanilla Butter cream Frosting

Ingredients: 

200g softened unsalted butter

½ cup milk

1 Tbs vanilla extract

8 cups icing sugar

Method: 

Cream butter for 1-2 mins

add milk, vanilla and ½ the sifted icing sugar and and beat for 3 min, or until light and fluffy

Add remaining icing sugar and beat until combined and adjust consistency with milk and icing sugar if too runny or dry.
